What is a CCTV AMC?

An annual maintenance contract: for one year, Secure Vision visits your site every quarter to clean and check the whole CCTV system, and attends breakdowns when something stops working.

What is the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC?

A non-comprehensive AMC covers visits and labour; any part that fails is quoted separately. A comprehensive AMC also covers repair or replacement of faulty cameras, power supplies, connectors and the recorder, for one fixed yearly price.
